XR-Multi Cavity Closer range provides a robust and highly effective method for closing cavities around openings in masonry, timber frame and steel frame system wall constructions. Suitable for use in both new build and refurbishment for first or second fix. XR-Multi Cavity Closer range exceeds UK Building Regulation requirements and meets Robust Details with a minimum thermal resistance path greater than 0.730m²K/W. XR-Multi Cavity Closers are manufactured in 2 sizes to suit 50 - 150mm cavities.
